The committee on engrossed Bills reported as duly engrossed Bill - to alter the time of holding the Court of Sessions in the County of Hancock - which was passed to be enacted. Sent up for concurrence.

Resolve for making the State Road from Baring to Houlton Plantation near Baskahegan, was read a second time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

On motion of Mr Adams of Portland Ordered that the committee on the Judiciary be instructed to inquire into the expediency of so amending the law in relation to Highways as to limit the time for claiming damages for land taken for any public street on way laid out by authority of the town - read & passed. Sent up for concurrence

Resolve relating to the State Road North of the Bingham Purchase was read a second time & passed to be engrossed as in a new draft. Sent up for concurrence.
