Remonstrance of Jason Haskell & al against the petition of Fisk & Bridge, came from the Senate referred to the committee on Turnpikes, Bridges & Canals for concurrence - and the House concurred.

An order came from the Senate for concurrence appointing Messrs Richardson & Weston with such as the House may join a committee to settle with Elias Thomas the State Treasurer, to make a schedule of all the property in the Treasury and transfer the same to Mark Harris Esquire Treasurer elect and the House concurred and Messrs Adams of Portland, Swan of Portland & Hyde of Bath were joined.

Bill - additional to an Act extending the jurisdiction of the Municipal Court, was read 1st & 2nd time & Monday next at ten oclock assigned for a third reading.

Petitions of John Black & als to set off a part of Surry to Ellsworth - of Andrew Peters & als on the same subject - also Remonstrance of the Selectmen of Surry against the petition of John Black & als were severally read & referred to the committee on the incorporation of Parishes &c. - Sent up for concurrence.

The committee on engrossed Bills reported as duly engrossed - Bill - relating to Red Oak Hogshead Shooks - which was passed to be enacted. Sent up for concurrence.

The same committee reported as duly engrossed Resolve - additional to a Resolve respecting certain settlers of the public lands passed the twenty fifth day of February 1825 which was finally passed. Sent up for concurrence.
