The House reconsidered their vote of this morning passing to be engrossed the Bill to incorporate the town of Wellington, and the Bill was laid upon the table.

Petition of Shubael Marston to be remunerated for building a Gun House in Waterville, was read & referred to Messrs Marshall of China, Cobb of Waterville & Russell of Temple.

Petition of Aaron Hobart, Agent to lay out a fine on plantation number ten in the County of Washington for neglect in making & repairing a County road or highway leading through said plantation, for relief, was read & referred to the committee on the Judiciary. Sent up for concurrence.

Mr Gilman of Wells has leave of absence after tomorrow for one week.
