The committee appointed by the Legislature to settle with Elias Thomas the State Treasurer to make a Schedule of all the property in the Treasury and transfer the same to Mark Harris Esquire, Treasurer elect, reported that they have examined the accounts of the said Treasurer and find the same correctly stated & properly vouched - that the balance of Cash in the Treasury amounting to $28,320"63 as also the bonds, securities, Books and others property in the Treasury they have transferred to Mark Harris Esqr & taken his receipt therefor - The report accepted in the Senate came down for concurrence - and the House concurred.

Bill - in addition to an act entitled an act to incorporate the Proprietors of the centre Meeting House in Farmington, came from the Senate amended in the title at A - The House nonconcurred the Senate in that amendment - read the Bill a third time, amended the same as on sheet annexed marked B and passed the Bill to be engrossed as thus amended. Sent up for concurrence.
