Resolve in favor of the Trustees & Overseers of Bowdoin College, reported in this House, was read once & Monday next at ten oclock assigned for a second reading.

Bill - additional to an act relating to fish in East Machias waters, reported in a new draft which was adopted, was read a third time and passed to be engrossed as in said new draft. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill - repealing the second section of an act entitled an Act to incorporate the Maine Historical Society passed Feb. 5 1828 & for other purposes, was passed to be engrossed as amended. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill - An additional act respecting the salaries of Judges & Registers of Probate, was read 1st & 2d time & Tuesday next at ten oclock assigned for a third reading.

Resolve - in favor of the Mariners Church, was read 1st & 2nd time & Tuesday next at ten oclock assigned for a 3d reading.

Ordered that the report of the committee on the petition of Isaac Ilsley & others praying for aid in the erection of a Mariners Church, School House &c in Portland, be published in all the papers in this State that publish the laws of the State - read & passed.

Resolve - relating to internal improvements, was read Once and Monday next at ten oclock assigned for a second reading.

Resolve - requesting the opinion of the Supreme Judicial Court which passed this House 2nd instant, came from the Senate passage refused - and the House receded & concurred.
