Resolve in favor of Frederic Spofford & Nathaniel Treat, was read 1st & a second time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Petition of the Selectmen of Freedom to be set off from Waldo to Kennebec - was read & on motion referred to the next Legislature. Sent up for concurrence.
