The committee on engrossed Bills reported as duly engrossed, Bill - additional act for regulating marriages and for the orderly solemnization thereof. - to incorporate the proprietors of Bangor Bridge - - to regulate the taking of Alewives in Winslow's Stream & Leach's Stream in the town of Penobscot - which was severally passed to be enacted. Sent up for concurrence

Resolve in relation to aggressions upon the North Eastern frontier of the State, was read a third time & passed to be engrossed as amended in new draft. Sent up for concurrence.

Resolve in favor of James Irish, was read a second time and passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Resolve for the relief of John Hobbs, was read a second time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate

Bill - an additional act regulating the fishery of Alewives in the town of Mt Desert, was read 1st & 2d time & tomorrow at ten oclock assigned for a 3d reading.

Bill - additional to an act to prevent the destruction of Fish in Denny's River and Pinmaquan, was read a 1st & 2d time & tomorrow at ten oclock assigned for a third reading.

Ordered that the Committee on the Northeastern boundary on the part of the House be requested to ascertain if there are a sufficient number of printed Copies of their report at the disposal of the Legislature, to furnish each town & plantation in this State with one Copy & report as soon as maybe [may be]. read & passed.

Bill - to incorporate the North Yarmouth Manufacturing Company, was read a third time & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.
