Bill - to regulate the taking of Alewives in Prospect Stream, was read a third time & passed & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Bill - appointing public Administrators and enlarging the powers of Judges of Probate, was read a third time and passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Bill - additional to an act to incorporate the town of Adams was read 1st & 2nd time & tomorrow at ten oclock assigned for a 3d reading,

Bill - to incorporate the North Yarmouth Manufacturing Company, came from the Senate that body refusing to join the select committee proposed by the House yesterday and adhering to their vote refusing the Bill a passage. The House discharged their select committee appointed yesterday and adhered to their vote passing the Bill to be engrossed, propose a conference & appoint as conferees on their part Messrs Mitchell of North Yarmouth, Mitchell of Freeport & Parcher of Saco. Sent up.

Bill - declaring the Penobscot River and certain branches thereof public rivers or highways, came from the Senate referred to the next Legislature and ordered to be published in the Newspapers printed in Bangor for concurrence & the House concurred.

Bill - to establish the lines of the town Liberty, was read a third time & passed to be engrossed as amended. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill - additional to the several acts now in force respecting Highways, came from the Senate amended for concurrence & the House receded from their former vote so far as to pass the Bill to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.
