Met according to adjournment.

On motion of Mr Bourne of Kennebunk, Ordered that twenty days additional pay be made up on the Pay Roll to the Clerk of the House for completing the Journal & filing the papers after the close of the present session - read and passed.

Mr Robbins of Union has leave of absence after today.

The committee on engrossed Bills reported as duly engrossed Bill additional to an act to establish the Kennebec & Androscoggin Canal Association - - providing for the protection of Grave Yards - - regulating the Practice of Physic & Surgery - - concerning Sheriffs - - to change the names of certain persons - which were severally passed to be enacted. Sent up for concurrence.

Resolve in addition to a Resolve passed at the present session imposing a tax on the several Counties within the State, laid on the table by Mr Mitchell of Freeport, was read 1st & 2d time & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence

The committee on engrossed Bills reported as duly engrossed Resolve in favor of Thomas Todd. - in favor of Charles S Daveis. - relative to the publication of special or private Acts & Resolves - - concerning incorporated Literary Institutions - authorizing the Treasurer of this State to make a loan of money - - providing for a loan of Fifteen thousand dollars - - to authorize the Treasurer of the State to dispose of certain articles - - relating to the boundary line between Maine & New Hampshire - - in addition to a Resolve passed at the present session imposing a tax on the several Counties - which were severally finally passed. Sent up for concurrence.
