Message was received from the Governor, as follows,

To the Senate & House of Representatives I communicate for your consideration a copy of a letter from the Governor of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts addressed to the Secretary of State of the United States, with an extract of a letter from the Land Agent, of that Commonwealth, relating to its own rights and interests, as well as those of this State, within the Country on this side of our North Eastern Boundary. I also transmit a plan of the line between Maine and New Hampshire, as determined by the Commissioners, who have recently acted upon that subject.
