Bill additional act to incorporate the Maine Stage Company was read a third time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Bill - to incorporate the town of Appleton, reported with amendments by the committee on Bills in the third reading which were adopted, was read a third time & passed to be engrossed as thus amended. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill - relating to the School fund in North Yarmouth, was read a 1st & 2d time & Tuesday next at ten o'clock assigned for a 3d reading.

Bill to unite Houlton & Hodgdon Plantations, was read a 1st & 2d time & Monday next at 11 o'clock assigned for a third reading.

Bill in addition to several acts now in force regulating the taking of Salmon, Shad and alewives in the town of Machias, was read 1st & 2nd time and Tuesday next at 11 o clock assigned for a 3d reading.

Report on the petition of David Trask, granting leave to withdraw, came down accepted in Senate, for concurrence and the House concurred.

Report on the petition of James Means & als, granting an Order of Notice, came down accepted in Senate for concurrence, and the House concurred.
