On motion of Mr. Boutelle of Waterville, Ordered, That the Committee on the Judiciary be instructed to inquire as to the expediency of providing by law that the right & interest of any person to a conveyance of real estate upon conditions to be performed by him, shall be liable to attachment and execution in the same manner as equities of redemption of mortgaged real estates, and estates holden by possession and improvement are liable. read & passed.
