Bill - in addition to an act authorizing the reduction of the Capital Stock of Waterville Bank, was read 1st & 2d time & Monday next at 11 o clock assigned for a 3d reading.

The committee on the Bond of Elias Thomas Treasurer elect reported that the their opinion the bond is sufficient & ought to be accepted by the Legislature - and the report was accepted in concurrence with the Senate.
