A message was received from the Senate informing the House, that the Senate on their part elected Joseph S Jewett, Major General of the fifth division of the Militia of this State in concurrence with the House.
Report on the petition of Robert H Gardiner & al to be incorporated by the name of the Kennebec Ferry Company made the present session, came down referred to the Committee on Turnpikes, Bridges & Canals for concurrence - and the House concurred.
And the House adjourned
