Bill - requiring the several towns & plantations of this State to make return of certain statistical facts, was amended, read a third time & indefinitely postponed. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill - to set off part of Mariaville plantation & annex the same to plantation No fourteen, was read a third time & passed to be engrossed with amendments. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill - to annex part of the town of China to the town of Vassalborough was read a third time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Bill - for the preservation of the South West Bend Bridge, was read a third time & passed to be engrossed as in new draft. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill - for the preservation of the Kennebec Bridge, was read a third time & passed to be engrossed as in new draft. Sent up for concurrence.

Remonstrance of James Jones & al against the incorporation of a new town to be formed of part of Bristol & Nobleboro, was referred in concurrence with the Senate to the committee on the incorporation of towns.

Bill - in addition to an Act to incorporate the Schoodic River Log Company, came down postponed indefinitely in the Senate - The House adhered to their vote of 11th inst passing the same.

Bill - to incorporate the Maine Manufacturing Company for the encouragement & improvement of Machinery & colouring and dressing Cloth, was read a third time & passed to be engrossed
