Resolve in favor of George Littlefield, was read a third time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate

Report of the committee of the Judiciary on the order directing an enquiry as to the expediency of providing a remedy by law for the discharge of persons committed to jail on precepts in favor of the State, that Legislation is inexpedient, was read & accepted. Sent up for concurrence

Resolve - to prevent depredations on the Public Lands, came from the Senate passed to be engrossed as in a new draft for concurrence - The House so far recede from former votes as to adopt the new draft & pass the same to be engrossed as amended on sheet annexed marked B. Sent up for concurrence.

Report of the committee to whom was referred an Order of the 18th inst, requiring them to take into consideration the propriety of providing by law that the expense of making all the County roads be borne by the Counties within which they may be located, that legislation on the subject is inexpedient, was read & accepted.

Resolve - in aid of Edgecomb Bridge, laid on the table by Mr Shaw of Wiscasset, was read once & ordered to lie on the table.
