[Resolve granting land to Buxton referred to next Legislature] Resolve granting a half township of land to Buxton was once read and the Senate nonconcurred the House in postponing this Resolve indefinitely and referred the same to the next Legislature. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.

[Bills passed to be engrossed] Bill to incorporate the Master, Warden and Members of Fraternal Lodge and Bill to incorporate the Winthrop Agricultural Society came from the House amended for concurrence & the Senate concurred.

[Bill ad. to establish C. Com. Pleas] Bill additional to an Act to establish a Court of Common Pleas was read once and tomorrow 10 oClock assigned for a second reading.

[Resolve respecting the limits of Passadumkeag] Mr. Kingsbury from the Committee on the Judiciary to whom was referred Resolve defining the limits of Passadumkeag reported that the Committee be discharged from the further consideration of the subject. Read and on motion ordered to lie on the table.
