205 Friday March 6th 1829 [Resolve in favor of Tomah Loui] Resolve in favor of Tomah Loui came up and the Senate adhere to their former vote refusing the same a passage. Sent down.

[Bill passed to be engrossed] Bill to incorporate the Piscataquis Manufacturing Company came up amended and the Senate amend the amendment of the House and pass the same to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence.

[Resolves passed to be engrossed] Resolve authorizing the Treasurer to make a loan of money, " in addition to a Resolve making an appropriation for the late Warden of the State Prison and Resolve on the Pay Roll of the House of Representatives were severally read a second time and passed to be engrossed in concurrence.

[Order on the Pay Roll on the Senate] On motion by Mr. Gardner, Ordered that the Secretary of the Senate be directed to make up the Pay Roll of the Senate including this day in the attendance of the members.

[Report of the Conferees on Bill] Mr. Usher from the Conferees on the disagreement of the two Houses respecting the Bill entitled an Act in addition to an Act to incorporate the Schoodiac Log Company " reported that they had met the Conferees of the House and had agreed to recommend that the Bill be referred to the next Legislature and that the Petitioners cause an attested copy of their petition together with this Bill to be published in the Northern Light a Newspaper printed in Eastport.

[order respecting pay of the Secretary of the Senate] On motion by Mr. Gardner, Ordered that the Secretary of the Senate be made up on the Pay Roll twenty days as compensation for filing the papers and completing the Journal of the present session.
