The Convention met according to adjournment.

The convention resumed the consideration of the unfinished business of yesterday & refused to sustain the motion made by Mr Smith, Yeas 71. Nays 75.

On motion, Mr Joseph C Small's name was added the list of members reported by the Committee.

Mr Smith of Nobleboro laid upon the table a regular certificate of his election, and on motion, his name was added to said list.

Adjourned until three oclock this afternoon.

Afternoon - The convention met according to adjournment.

The convention resumed the consideration of the report of the committee appointed to examine the credentials &c when on motion of Mr Kent of Bangor, Simeon Fowler Junior name was added to the list of members reported by said committee - This question was decided by Yeas & Nays as follows - yeas 73. Nays 72.

The convention before taking a question upon the acceptance of the report aforenamed .
