On motion of Mr Myrick of NewCastle, Ordered, That the Senate be requested to take from their files of the last year, the petition of John Dole & others, Selectmen of the town of Alna praying for opening of the fishways in Sheepscut River, and send down to this House - read & passed. Sent up.

On motion of Mr Smith of Nobleboro', Ordered, That the committee on the Judiciary be instructed to report to this House a Resolve altering the time of the commencement of the fall term of the Supreme Court in the County of Lincoln from the third to the second Tuesday of September - read & passed Sent up for concurrence.
