The committee on Elections to whom was referred the Remonstrance of Joseph Henderson & als of Eden against the seat of Abraham Thomas returned as a member from the District composed of the Towns of Eden & Mount Desert, reported that said Abraham Thomas should continue to hold his seat in this House - and the report was accepted.

On motion of Mr Norton of Canaan Ordered that the Senate be requested to send to the House the petition of William Larabee & others, now on the files of that body, for the annexation of a gore of land to the town of Hartland - read & passed. Sent up.
