Petition of inhabitants of Hartland & report thereon, taken from the last years files of the Senate & sent down, was referred to the committee on the incorporation of Towns. Sent up for concurrence.

Petition of the Selectmen of Alna & report thereon; taken from the last years files of the Senate & sent down, was referred to the committee on Interior Fisheries. Sent up for concurrence.

Petition of Thomas P Stetson referred in this House on the 23d instant to be Committee on the Judiciary, came from the Senate nonconcurred & referred to the committee on Turnpikes, Bridges & Canals for concurrence and the House concurred.

Petition of Robert Patten & al to be sett off from Topsham to Bowdoinham -

Remonstrance of Bailey Pierce & als of Frankfort against the division of said town - came from the Senate referred to the Committee on the incorporation of Towns for concurrence - and the House concurred.
