On motion of Mr White of Monmouth Ordered That the committee the Pay Roll be directed to make up the pay of Phinehas S Bennett to the present time including travel - read & passed.

On motion of Mr Norton of Canaan Ordered, That the Senate be requested to inform the House, why the joint standing Committees appointed on the part of the House and sent up for concurrence, have not been joined by the Senate - read & passed. Sent up.

On motion of Mr Clark of Limington, Ordered, That the Committee on the Pay Roll be directed to make up the pay of Andrew Roberts to the present time including Travel - read & passed.

On motion of Mr Charles of Fryeburg, Ordered, That a message be sent to the Senate, requesting them to take from their files of last year, the petition of the Inhabitants of the Town of Fryeburg, & send the same, with the accompanying papers, to this House - read & passed. Sent up.

On motion of Mr Charles of Fryeburg, Ordered, That the Committee on the Judiciary be instructed to inquire into the expediency of repealing so much of an act, passed March 3rd 1829, entitled an Act, making provision for the organization of Corporations, as is contained in the provisa of said. read and passed. Sent up for concurrence.
