On motion, The House reconsidered their vote taken this morning on the Order moved by Mr Norton of Canaan.
Remonstrance of Ambrose Howard & als of Sidney against the petition of Rutherford Drumond & als was read & referred to the Committee on the Incorporation of Towns. Sent up for concurrence.
On motion of Mr. Small of Burnham, Ordered That the Committee on the Judiciary be instructed to enquire what alterations are necessary to be made in the act regulating elections with leave &c. read & passed. Sent up for concurrence
