Ordered, That the Senate be requested to take from their files of last year, the petition of the Selectmen of Palermo and China, and send it to this House - read & passed. Sent up.

Resolve laying a Tax on the several Counties in this State was read a [cross out] second time & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill - to incorporate the Proprietors of Madison Bridge, was read 1st & 2nd time & Monday next at ten oclock [cross out] assigned for a third reading.

Bill - to incorporate the Proprietors of Cairitunk Bridge, was read 1st & 2nd time & Monday next at ten oclock assigned for a 3rd Reading.

Resolve in favor of Lemuel Smith & others was read a second time & passed to be engrossed with an amendment by adding to the title the words "& of Joseph Treworgy & another" . Sent up for concurrence.

Bill - to prevent the destruction of Moose, Deer & Carraboo [Caribou], reported by a special Committee of this House, was read 1st & 2nd time & Monday next at ten oclock assigned for a 3rd reading.

Resolve in favor of Nathaniel L. Ingersoll was read once & Monday next at eleven oclock assigned for a second reading.

The Committee appointed by a Resolve of the Legislature passed Janry 28 1829 to ascertain survey & mark the dividing line between the town of Hollis and the Town of Waterboro in the County of York, made their report, which was referred to the committee on the incorporation of Towns. Sent up for concurrence.

Report on the petition of Lebbeus Bailey & als granting leave for a Bill, was read & accepted in concurrence with the Senate.
