Message from the Governor.

To the Speaker of the House of Representatives, In compliance with the orders of the House of Representatives of the 19th instant, I have the honor to transmit the Report of the Agent appointed to superintend the expenditure on the Mettanawcook Road the last year "with a copy of his account settled with the Council on said 19th instant - Also the doings of the Governor & Council in relation to the Public buildings June 22nd 1829. A communication from Hon. William King Commissioner, dated the 29th of October last, and an account of Warrants drawn on the Treasurer under the authority of the "Resolve for providing Public Buildings for the use of the State". The Commissioner has not rendered his account nor made any report of his doings for the past year. Council Chamber February 22, 1830 Jonathan G. Hunton. Read and so much of said Message & accompanying documents as relate to the Mettanawcook Road referred to the joint committee upon the same subject - and So much of said Message & documents as relate to the Public Buildings to the select committee of both Houses upon that subject. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill - to incorporate the Proprietors of Carritunk Bridge, was read a third time & passed to be engrossed with amendments as on sheet annexed marked A. Sent up for concurrence.
