Bill - establishing the town line between Bristol & Bremen, laid upon the table by Mr Baxter of Bristol on leave first had & obtained for that purpose, was read once & referred to the Committee on the incorporation of Towns. Sent up for concurrence.

Resolve authorizing the Penobscot Indians to sell two Townships of Land & Pine Timber, was read once & referred to Messrs Pond of Bucksport, Kent of Bangor & Howard of Brownfield.

Resolve - granting a pension to James Pomroy, was read a second[underlined] time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Resolve - in favor of the President, Directors & Company of the Canal Bank was read a second time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Bill - in addition to an act to incorporate the Canal Bank, was read a third time & passed to be engrossed with an amendment as on sheet annexed marked A. Sent up for concurrence.

Resolve in favor of Jones Dyer, was read once & tomorrow at ten oclock assigned for a second reading.

Report on the petition of Nathaniel Malborne - Harry Hareltine & als referring the same to the next Legislature; was read & accepted in concurrence with the Senate.

Petitions of the Trustees of the Maine Wesleyan Seminary Trustees of Dearborne Academy came from the Senate severally referred to the Committee on Literature & Literary Instructions for concurrence & the House concurred.
