Petition of the Town of Windham for an alteration in the laws respecting the duties of Courts of Sessions - of Moses Little & others to be incorporated as the Windham Aqueduct Company were severally read & referred to the Committee on the Judiciary. Sent up for concurrence.

Report of the committee to enquire as to the expediency of doing away all Company trainings & General Reviews, that it is inexpedient to Legislate upon the subject, was read, & accepted in concurrence with the Senate.

The committee on the petition of William C Whitney &al, reported the following order Ordered, That the Committee on Finance be directed to assess on the town of Oxford in the State Tax the sum of $151.27, and in the town of Hebron the sum of $132.33 for the present year. Read and passed.
