Petition of the Selectmen of Kennebunkport for relief from an undue proportion of State Tax was read & referred to Messrs Kent of Bangor, White of Monmouth & Burnham of Orland.

Resolve in favor of Seth Spring taken from the last years files of the Senate & sent down, was read & referred to the committee on Turnpikes, Bridges & Canals. Sent up for concurrence.

Report on the petitions of Abner Bagley & als - School District No 15 in Freeport - Benjamin Ross & als -Inhabitants of Hartland - -Elijah Wood Jun & al -Eliphalet Pettingall - -Charles Harding - - Rutherford Drummond & al -Solomon Thurston & al granting leave to withdraw were severally read & accepted in concurrence with the Senate.

Report on the petition of the assessors of Holton & als referring the same to the committee on State Lands, was read & accepted in concurrence with the Senate

Report on the petition of John Chute & als, referring the same to the next Legislature, was read & accepted in concurrence with the Senate
