Met according to adjournment.

Report on the account of Nathaniel Boynton referring the same to the Governor & Council, accepted in Senate, came down for concurrence. The House nonconcurred & referred the same to the committee on accounts. Sent up for concurrence.

Resolve in favor of the Penobscot Tribe on Indians, was read once & tomorrow at 10 o'clock assigned for a 2d reading.

On motion of Mr. Waterman of Windham, Ordered, That the Committee on Interior Fisheries, be instructed to consider the propriety, of making provision by law for the preservation of Fish called Trout & Pickerel in the Sebago Pond and the Tributary Streams thereof - read & passed. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill to establish the Bath Ferry Company, was read a third time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

The committee on engrossed bills reported as duly engrossed Bill in addition to an act to establish the Cumberland & Oxford Canal Corporation - in addition to an act, entitled an act to enable the Proprietors of Social, Military & Law Libraries to manage the same - to incorporate the Freeport Wharf Company which were severally passed to be enacted. Sent up for concurrence.

The same committee reported as duly engrossed, Resolve in favor of Moses Greenleaf

- to distribute Greenleafs Maps & statistical View of Maine

which were severally finally passed. Sent up for concurrence.
