Bill an additional act to exempt certain good & chattels from attachment, execution & distress reported in a new draft which was adopted, was read a third time & passed to be engrossed as in said new draft. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill authorizing the reduction of the Capital Stock of the Kennebunk Bank, came from the Senate passed to be engrossed as in a new Draft for concurrence, and the House concurred.

Report on the petition of the Selectmen of Canton - Benjamin Tripp & als - granting leave to withdraw, was read & accepted in concurrence with the Senate.
