Immediately on motion of Mr. Ruggles of Thomaston the House reconsidered the last vote & referred the Resolve to Messrs. Smith of Newfield, Shapleigh of Berwick & Bradbury of Hollis.

The committee on engrossed Bills reported as duly engrossed Bill - an additional act to incorporate the Proprietors of Old town Bridge

- to establish the dividing line between Palermo & China - 
- additional to an act to secure to owners their property in logs, masts, spars & other timber in certain cases
- authorizing the Selectmen of Portland to appoint an additional number of Enginemen
- additional act to incorporate the Trustees of the Methodist Society in Portland
- additional to an act providing for the payment of costs in criminal prosecutions 

which were severally passed to be enacted. Sent up for concurrence.

The same committee reported as duly engrossed, Resolve in relation to the collection of Fines & Forfeitures & bills of Costs - which was finally passed. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill - further to regulate the proceedings & jurisdiction of Courts of Probate, was amended read a third time & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

Ordered that when the House adjourns it adjourn until 1/2 past nine o'clock on Monday morning next - read & passed.
