Met according to adjournment.

The committee on engrossed Bills reported as duly engrossed Bill authorizing the Courts of Sessions in the Counties of Cumberland & Lincoln to lay out a Road over the New Meadows River - to exempt certain goods & chattels from attachment, execution & distress - - to annex a part of Otisfield to Oxford - to incorporate the President Directors & Company of the Commercial Bank which were severally passed to be enacted. Sent up for concurrence.

Report of the Committee on the report of the Commissioners appointed by a Resolve of the Legislature Jany 28th 1829 to for the line between Hollis & Waterboro, came from the Senate referred to the next Legislature for concurrence - and the House concurred.

Resolve providing for the settlement of certain Accounts, was read a second time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Report of the joint committee on the returns of Sheriffs fees, of Registers of Deeds, & of Clerks, came from the Senate accepted for concurrence & the House concurred.

Mr Kelsey of Sangerville has leave of absence after this day.

The Committee on so much of the Governors Message as relates to the Massachusetts Claim, made a report of facts connected with this claim and also

 Resolve respecting the Massachusetts claim,

which was read & 300 copies ordered to be printed for the use of the members.
