Resolve on the Pay Roll of the Senate, was read a second time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Resolve in favor of Abijah Usher Junior, John Bodwell, Nathan D. Appleton and Obadiah Hill, reported in a new draft by the committee of this House to whom the subject was referred yesterday marked R was read a second time & passed to be engrossed as in said new draft. Sent up for concurrence. Taken by Yeas & Nays. 66 Yeas 55 See page 375

Report of the committee on State Lands, was taken up and considered - and the House refused to adopt the amendment proposed by the Senate as on sheet annexed marked A amended the report as on slip marked M and accepted it as thus amended in the House. Sent up for concurrence.

The committee on engrossed Bills reported as duly engrossed, Resolve on the pay Roll of the Senate - in favor of Thomas O Bradley which were severally finally passed. Sent up for concurrence

Resolve in favor of Samuel Haines & for other purposes was twice read & passed to be engrossed as amended. Sent up for concurrence

Bill an additional act establishing Circuit Courts martial came from the Senate passed to be engrossed as a new draft of a former Bill upon this subject - The House so far recede from their former votes as to adopt the new draft and pass the same to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.
