The House recede from their vote passing to be engrossed Resolve for the payment of Accounts against the State, adopt the amendments proposed by the Senate, and pass the same to be engrossed as amended in concurrence.

Mr. McCrate has leave of absence after this day during the remainder of the session.

On motion of Mr. Soule, Ordered that the hour to which the House shall stand adjourned each morning during the remainder of the session shall be half past eight o'clock, unless otherwise ordered by the House.

The Conferees on the part of the House appointed to meet the conferees on the part of the Senate respecting the disagreement between the two Houses, upon the Bill respecting Judicial process, made a report recommending a reference to the next legislature, which was read and accepted and the Bill referred to the next Legislature.

Petition of William Wourt Jr to be admitted to practice law, was read and referred to the next legislature. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill additional respecting Houses of Correction laid on the table by Mr. Shapleigh was read a first and second time and tomorrow at ten o'clock assigned for a third reading. Report
