relation to any disclosures made by any members of this House of the proceedings of the House in secret session to any person not a member or officer of either branch of the Legislature and also in relation to the publication in the daily Journal of this morning and of the author thereof, And said Committee are vested with power to send for persons and papers and compel their attendance before said committee. And the secret session was closed.

In secret session Tuesday March 6, 1832 The committee appointed by order of March 3d 1832 made a report in part which was read and accepted.

On motion of Mr. Jarvis. Ordered, that the injunction of secrecy be so far taken off as to permit the disclosure of the appointment of a committee to investigate the subject of the publication in The Daily Journal of 3d instant and the proceedings thereon.

On motion of Mr. Clifford the secret session was closed.

In secret session Thursday Match 8, 1832 Mr. Kent moved the following order, Ordered, that the committee with the advice of Council be authorized by proclamation to remove the injunction of secrecy, when in their opinion it may be done with safety to the interests of the State And the Clerk by confidential message communicated the same to the Senate and requested their concurrence.
