Report on an order relating to highways and on petition of Luther Pierce that legislation on those subjects is inexpedient, were severally read and accepted in concurrence with the Senate.

The Committee on Engrossed Bills reported as truly engrossed Bill for the preservation of North Turner Bridge - to incorporate the Exchange Bank - relating to the duty of assessors, which were severally passed to be enacted. Sent up.

Report on Petition of Aaron Hobart granting leave to withdraw was read and accepted in concurrence with the Senate.

The same Committee reported as duly engrossed Resolve in favor of Joseph R. Nichols - to admit Zebah Washburn to practice law as an Attorney, which were finally passed. Sent up.

Resolve for taxing sheep was read a first and second time and passed to be engrossed.

The House reconsider their vote whereby they refused to give a third reading to a Bill to provide for the general vaccination of the inhabitants of the State and tomorrow at ten o'clock was assigned for that purpose.

Report on an Order relating to the fisheries on Kennebec River, that Legislation on that subject is inexpedient, was read and accepted in concurrence with the Senate.
