Report of John G. Deane and Edward Kavanaugh - Commissioners under the Resolve of March 31.1831, came from the Senate referred to the Joint Select Committee who have under consideration so much of the Governor's Message as relates to the North Eastern Boundary, for concurrence, and the House nonconcurred and referred the same to the Committee on State Lands - sent up for concurrence.

Bill for the Choice of Register of Deeds in the North District of Washington County was read once and tomorrow at ten o'clock assigned for a second reading.

Bill to incorporate the Portland Theatre, was read a third time, and the question upon passing it to be engrossed was taken by yeas and nays and decided in the negative as follows, yeas 50. Nays 108.

Report on a Resolve in favor of the town of Orland, the Committee asking to be discharged from further consideration of the subject, came from the Senate accepted, and the subject referred to the Committee on Turnpikes, Bridges and Canals for concurrence, and the House concurred -
