Bill for preserving the Mattanawcook State road came up from the House recommitted to the committee on State Roads. The Senate recede from their vote passing said bill to be engrossed and concur the House in said recommitment.

Bill to incorporate the Saco River Bank reported by the committee on Banks and Banking. Bill for the preservation of the roads. Resolve providing for the erection of a monument over the remains of Enoch Lincoln, were severally read once, and tomorrow at ten o'clock assigned for a second reading.
