Bill additional to alter the law establishing Bowdoin College was read a second time and passed to be engrossed as amended. Sent down for concurrence.

The Senate reconsider the vote passing to be engrossed Bill to exempt certain goods and chattels from attachment, execution and distress, and the same was laid on the table.

On motion of Mr Davee, ordered, that the committee, that have under consideration the Treasurer's report be directed to receive the property in the office of Treasurer of State from the late Treasurer and transfer the same to Mark Harris esq. Treasurer, elect.
