Resolve respecting the Massachusetts claim were severally read a second time, and passed to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence.

The committee on engrossed Bills reported as correctly engrossed. Resolve in favour of Samuel K. Gilman, Resolve in favour of John Bodwell, Resolve ratifying and confirming certain doings of Leonard M. Parker, Resolve for procuring a site for a Gun House in Freeport, Resolve in favour of Joseph Colley, - Resolve authorizing the Land agent to sell public lands in Hancock and Washington counties, and the same were severally finally passed.

The same committee reported as correctly engrossed, Bill to incorporate the Saco River Bank, and the same was passed to be enacted.
