On motion of Mr Sweat, Ordered that the Secretary of the Senate be directed to make up to Charles Morris, on the Pay Roll of the Senate, the sum of four dollars and seventy five cents for every day he has been or may be employed as Messenger of the Senate, during the present session of the Legislature; which sum shall be in full for his own services, and also for all the services of all such Assistants has have been, or may be employed by him.
