The committee on engrossed Bills reported as correctly engrossed. Resolve authorizing the sale to actual settlers of certain Indian lands, Resolve for the purchase of Stationary, Resolve admitting William Woart Jr. to practice law in the Courts of the State, and the same were severally finally passed.

The same committee reported as correctly engrossed A Bill to apportion and assess on the inhabitants of this State a tax of fifty thousand, four hundred dollars, and seven cents, Bill in addition to the several acts directing the method of laying out and making provision for the repair and amendment of highway. Bill to incorporate the Franklin Bank, Bill to change the name of the Winthrop Agricultural Society and the same were severally passed to be enacted.

The Senate reconsider their vote passing to be engrossed Bill additional establishing Salaries of Judges and Registers of Probate, amend said Bill and pass the same to be engrossed as amended. Sent down for concurrence.
