Mr. Megquier moved to amend the amendment by striking out all after the word "Company" at A; and the question of so amending said amendment being ordered to be taken by yeas and nays was decided in the negative as follows, to wit, Yeas -Messrs. Afternoon. Resolve in favour of the Commissioner of the Public Buildings came up from the House recommitted to the committee on Public Buildings. The Senate reconsider their vote passing said Resolve to be engrossed and concur the House in said recommitment.
