Mr. Labine of Eastport has leave of Absence from and after tomorrow during the remainder of the Session

Messrs. Prince of Turner, O'Brien of Machias and Shaw of Sanford were added to the Committee on Bills in the 3d reading

Remonstrance of Lumbermen and Mill owners of Brunswick and Topsham against the proposed Dam at Augusta was read and referred to the Committee who have that subject under consideration

Mr. Nichols of Cherryfield has leave of absence from and after Thursday next and Mr. Bracket of Falmouth from and after Monday next each during the remainder of the Session

An Order directing the Secretary of State to notify the Governor that Ezekiel Foster has been elected by a concurrent vote of both branches of the Legislature - Major General of the seventh Division of the Militia of this State was read & passed in concurrence with the Senate

Report on Petition of Lewis Gordon the committee asking to be discharged from the further consideration of the subject & that the same may be referred to
