On motion of Mr. Bronson of Anson Ordered that the Committee on State Lands be requested to inquire into the expediency of providing for the sale of lands reserved in Townships of land sold by the State or which hereafter may be sold, and the avail of said sale to be placed at interest for the use of said Townships, wherein the reserved lands are situated whenever such Townships shall or may be incorporated under such regulations as may be deemed proper - to report by bill or otherwise - read and passed - sent up for concurrence

A message was received from the Senate informing the House that they had reconsidered their vote accepting the Report on Petition of Moses E. Westcott & others & recommitted the same requesting the concurrence of the House. The House reconsider their vote accepting this report & recommit the same in concurrence and the Clerk by Message acquainted the Senate therewith

Resolve in favor of Wilmot Woods - was read and indefinitely postponed in concurrence with the Senate - sent up

Report on Petition of Rufus W. Page & others, the committee asking to be discharged - was read and accepted
