Bill for the Preservation of Public Highways in the town of Edmunds was read a first and second time and Monday next assigned at 10 o'clock for a third reading

Resolve in favour of Rail Williams was taken up and recommitted sent up for concurrence

Resolve for the purchase of Indians Lands laid on the table by Mr Hastins of Robbinston was read once and Tuesday next at ten o'clock assigned for a second reading

Report on an Order to enquire whether there has been any breach of privilege toward any member of this House growing out of an official discharge of his duty was read and recommitted and Messrs Moore of Dover, Kimball of Portland, and Bryton of St George were added to the committee
