Resolve in favour of Allen Meluror Treasurer of Milo was read and committed to Messrs Goings Small of Monmouth and True

Resolve in favour of Joseph Sewall was read and referred to the Committee on the Militia in concurrence with the Senate - Sent up

Resolve repealing a part of a Resolve for extending the time of making highways in the county of Waldo came from the Senate for concurrence they nonconcurrred the House in the indefinite postponement thereof amend the same and pass the Resolve to be engrossed as thus amended - The House adhere to their former vote indefinitely postponing the same - sent up up for concurrence

Resolve relative to the Bond signed by Daniel Cony and others was read and referred to the next Legislature as amended in concurrence with the Senate
