An Order came from the Senate for concurrance [concurrence] instructing the Committee on the Judiciary to enquire into the expediency of altering or repealing an Additional Act directing the method of laying out and making provisions for the repairs and amendment of Highways and provideing [providing] for the appointment of County Commissioners passed March 10th 1835 or to provide by law for an appeal from the decision of the Court of County Commissioners under such limitations as they may think expedient and the House concurred sent up

An Order came from the Senate for concurrance [concurrence] relative to allowing by law a Debtor to own and hold one yoke of oxen exempt from attachment and Execution they having nonconcurred the House in the passage of the Order and refuse the same a passage and the House recede from their former vote and concur with the Senate in their refusal sent up

On motion of Mr. Moore of Dover Ordered that Messrs. Moore of Dover Morrill of Westbrook Seaver of South Berwick Lathrop of Leeds Bolster of Rumford Herrick of New Vineyard Webster of Belfast Reed of Phippsburg Hastings of Robbinstown and Worcester of Vinalhaven be a Committee with such as the Senate may join to enquire
