instructing the Joint Standing Committee on the Judiciary to enquire into the expediency of so amending the law of attachment as to enable creditors to attach on mesne process and set off on execution a debtors right of redemption in real estate that has been set off on execution also to enable creditors to attach on mesne process and sell on execution a debtors right of redeeming an equity of redemption that has been sold on execution.
